Observation

Given the current number and ages of children: Mr Lee is required to be in the staff to child ratio with Ms Lee. Neither Ms Lee or Mr Lee have current hands on pediatric First Aid and CPR Training. Mr Lee still needs to take the Health and Safety trainings: recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect; emergency preparedness; shaken baby syndrome/head trauma; children experiencing homelessness; and safe sleep training.
